“Empowering Nurses: Harnessing the Power of Formal Roles and Unit-Based Councils for Positive Change in Patient Care”

Nurses have more power than they know through formal roles or through participation in unit based councils. I want to demonstrate how we can make a positive change in the care delivered to our patients through advocating for our profession.
