“Exploring Practice Issues through PICO Question Development and Literature Search: A Professional Practice Improvement Project”

The purpose of this assignment is to develop the clinical practice or pico question and conduct a literature search for qualitative and quantitative article that answers indoor explains the clinical practice question. Students will complete parts 1 and 2 of the professional practice issue form. In Part 1, students will consider an area of interest, identify a practice issue or problem related to the area of interest, and develop a clinical practice question or pico question to guide and evidence-based practice process improvement project using the professional practice issue foreign provided within the assignment details. In part 2, students will identify qualitative and quantitative article relating to the practice issue and answer the questions on the form. The course outcomes address for this assignment include course outcome 1, integrating theory, quality science, and evidence-based findings to support advanced nursing practice. And also of course, outcome too, propose strategies to advance interprofessional practice and promote your outcomes. Week 3, assignment, past facts. The type of assignment that, that we are going to be completing for this week is on it provided on a form or a template that you can download within the assignment details. There are two parts to the form. There’s a deep dive on the professional practice issue with various questions related to this issue. And which includes developing the pico question. You will also select one qualitative and one quantitative article and discuss the questions that are provided within the template. You’ll want to use the topic for your practicum project for this assignment. However, if you do not have a plan for your practicum project, the assignment can still be completed using a topic of your choosing. The format again, for this assignment is a former template provided within the assignment instructions. And the template is generally around two to three pages. Once completed. Requirements for scholarly sources for this assignment include those two articles. One shouldn’t have a quantitative research design and the other a qualitative design. They should both be from the last five years.
