“Learning the Components of a Terrific Story: Applying Andrew Stanton’s Clues to Judith Ortiz Cofer’s “Marina””

❤️ PURPOSE: The purpose of this Activity is for you learn the components (“clues”) that make a story terrific from an expert in the field, Andrew Stanton, who is a Hollywood film screenwriter.   After watching Andrew Stanton’s TED Talk, you’ll then read a story written by Judith Ortiz Cofer titled “Marina.”  Finally, you’ll apply the “clues” you learned in Andrew Stanton’s TED Talk to the story “Marina.”
