What is the leader you aspire to be? (leader vision and values)
How would you like to be viewed by others when leading them? (leader identity and leadership style)

Compare these to your own self assessments.
Based on your self-assessment, experiences and feedback from others, identify at least two specific goals for your leadership development action plan.
Identify the specific steps you might take to achieve your goals.
Examples include a behavior change plan, identifying and contacting mentors or peer learning partners, planning for specific skills training, self-development activities (books, speakers), new leadership roles, new work responsibilities, projects or assignments, or managing your online identity as a leader.
