The Impact of Private Prisons on the Criminal Justice System: A Historical Analysis and Call for Reform

My topic of choice was “Private prisons and law”. I have already chosen the articles that can be used for the paper which are attatched to the order. 
Conduct some research on your topic utilizing SSU Library databases and use it to write a 3-5 page (double-spaced) term paper.  Papers should define the scope of the problem, its historical development, and any relevant landmark cases.  Feel free to integrate case studies or current events related to your topic.  Finally, where necessary, describe any areas for reform, or current reform movements.  
Format: 3-5 pages, typed (double-spaced), 12 point Times New Roman font, one inch margins; include a reference list and cite within the text using proper APA style.  Must be submitted in a file format the Professor can access (Word, PDF).  No late assignments will be accepted.
