Title: Editing and Proofreading of Half of Thesis on Building an HR Function in a Startup

This is half of my thesis job that needs editing and proofreading.

– The problem with building an HR function was that the key stakeholders already had a skeptical attitude toward the HR function after 3 unsuccessful attempts to build this function (the company hired and fired 3 HR Directors in 3 years, no one was able to build trust and stay with the company).
