2) Clearly state any ethical problems concerning employees’ moral rights arising from employee surveillance in this case—state which rights are at stake and note any conflicting rights that may be present. If you do not think there is an ethical problem in any of these cases, your task will be to identify a problem you anticipate others may see with one of them.
