Reflections are supposed to give you exposure to writings about specific topics.  They are designed to provide you with experience at analyzing and critiquing academic research and theory, which is needed in developing informed ideological positions.  Therefore, within a reflection you should discuss and cite all the readings assigned within a specific learning module, any videos provided in Blackboard, and explain the relevance of the reading in relation to your own work experiences.  You should spend the majority of your reflection critiquing the articles. However, I am also interested in whether or not you agree with the assertions the authors are making, and why. Your reflection should be a minimum of 900 words.
