“Change is Hard: Applying Lessons from ‘Switch’ and Course Materials to Navigate Organizational Change”

I have attached what my paper is about. Its Part two. Its about a book called switch: how to change things when change is hard. Then I am supposed to add a few things we have learned of the course of the class. I can send a list of some readings and videos from the class, but everything does not need to be used, just some things added to show I used stuff throughout the course.
