“Exploring the Diagnosis and Treatment of a Fictional Character: A Case Study Analysis”

You will write a 6-8 page, 12 font, Times New Roman, double
spaced, APA Formatted paper (No tricks on any of this please.) The paper should include a reference list of
at least 5 sources. The paper must contain a thesis statement
that will guide your paper. An overview of thesis statements and how to write
one is posted on Blackboard.
A case study wherein you describe and diagnose a fictional
or historical person (You may not pick yourself or someone you know
personally). You will provide a brief summary of the character, The
diagnosis (DSMR- 5) you are making and information on the diagnosis, examples of how
certain behaviors or actions the character performs fit the criteria of the
disorder, possible alternative diagnoses, what further information you would
need to know to be sure of the diagnosis, the likely prognosis, and what kind
of specific treatment you would recommend and why. You would need to base all
assumptions you make on existing theoretical and empirical literature.
