We are all too familiar with the COVID-19 pandemic and have probably all been touched by it in some way. While the COVID-19 pandemic has been declared over, there are still so many impacted and working to regain a sense of normalcy. The ability to navigate the pandemic and help each other globally, took strong leadership and humanism. Was this handled correctly? Were there approaches that could have been more beneficial? Are we prepared if this type of situation were to arise again?
This week, you will research who the leaders were that helped bring this pandemic to a manageable situation. Be sure to look globally, as this was not something one country or group could handle on their own. After your research is complete, provide the background information to the above questions. Finally, be sure to discuss the person or persons who demonstrated true leader to YOU! What did YOU learn from their actions and leadership? How did this help you become a better leader?
