As an alternative for the advocacy paper, since it would be tough to find an event or do an interview with a quick turnaround time, you could find an example of advocacy work that has been done and reflect on it. It can be something you’ve done in the past or a larger scale advocacy effort such as Black Lives Matter. I’ll be loose in terms of the content, but basically a description of what the advocacy effort aimed to address, how the process went (any challenges/setbacks and successes), and how it informs your future practice/advocacy work.
