I am doing a thesis for my LLM degree and one of the sections is focused on the challenges posed by Generative AI on Copyright Ownership, what I need is a dissertation on this specific topic in order to add to my thesis. the main source shall be the AI ACT of the EU and other relevant sources are EU legislation, case law, and articles related to the topic. Also, documents and articles from the World Intellectual Property Organization might play an important role.
