Title: “Building Effective Communication Skills through Active Listening” Throughout this class, I have learned various concepts and models that have contributed to my personal growth and development as a team member and future team leader. One specific example that stands out to me is

Provide a specific example (or 2) of how this class has contributed to you becoming more effective as a person, team member, and/or as a future team leader.  A “fly-by” generic, vague response (e.g., “I need to communicate better.”  “I need to understand people better.”) will be considered “blowing it.” 
A personal, specific, serious “why” response should garner all 20 points.  By specific I mean identifying a specific model or concept from the class (including break out exercises, self-assessments, readings) and
1) describe the concept and source,
2) explain what you learned, and
3) discuss how it will improve your thinking or behavior.
Think in terms of structuring your response using the ABC method.  Your answer should be no less than a half page and no more than two pages (1.0 – 1.5 is typical length).  There are many topics we covered but the trick is not to cover as many as you can.  Rather select the most significant take-aways you have from the class.
