Title: Child Advocacy Resources for Early Educators Child Advocacy Organizations: 1. National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) – Purpose: To promote high-quality early childhood education and advocate for the rights of young children

This activity will allow early educators to become more aware of the child advocacy resources available to the children and families being served.
Review the information listed below as well as internet, journals, articles, etc.
Create a list of at least 5 child advocacy organizations on a Word document. Include the following for each organization: 
Name of the organization 
Give the purpose of the organization 
Write a brief summary that includes information about the organization( website, location, and the process for receiving services). Discuss why you chose this organization to use as a resource. Also discuss how this organization can help a family in need of a particular service.
