“Constructive Criticism: Strengthening Claims in Critical Response Essays” Student A: Strengths of the claims: Student A’s claim that social media is causing a decline in face-to-face communication is well-supported by personal anecdotes and examples.

PART 2: Responding to Your Classmates (Students A and B) about 100 words for each student post.
Think about the claims your peers laid out in their posts. Approach these claims as thoughtful, critical, and curious readers. In your responses, please respond to at least two peers’ posts by commenting on the following:
What are the strengths of the claims?
What about the claims could be strengthened in the Critical Response Essay draft?
What evidence would you expect to see in support of the claims?
By addressing these questions in your responses, you are providing your peers with invaluable feedback on their initial draft ideas. Responding in this way is also invaluable practice for conducting peer review, which you are asked to do in the next module.
