“Exploring Probability: Sharing Birthdays in a Classroom”

Purpose: The purpose of this discussion is to demonstrate your understanding of basic probability. 
Post: On a piece of paper, dry erase board or video if that is easier for you, work out this question. Given 30 students in a classroom, what is the probability that at least 2 people in the room share the same birthday? When you are finished, share your work with us and give us your birthday, month and date only.  Let’s see if anyone shares a birthday in this class. You can submit your birthday with your post.
