Purpose of the research is:
Problem Statement :At XX High School, novice teachers are often assigned roles for which they lack formal training. This gap in preparation adversely affects their classroom self-efficacy, contributing to a high turnover rate and an increase in non-renewed contracts.
The central research question is “At XX High School, how does self-efficacy impact novice teachers’ ability to fulfill their professional duties?”
