“Exploring Self-Efficacy and Professional Development for Novice Teachers: An Action Research Approach”

Using the attached paper as a guide, write about (1) using action research as an approach, 
(2) role of the researcher –  talk about positionality.Identify how potential impact or unintended biases will be addressed.My role in the high
school is an assistant principal. I was a special education teacher, special education
supervisor and then a special ed director before becoming an assistant
principal. I conduct teacher evaluations. I am part of the district evaluation committee,
district professional development committee.
Purpose of the research is:
Problem Statement :At XX High School, novice teachers are often assigned roles for which they lack formal training. This gap in preparation adversely affects their classroom self-efficacy, contributing to a high turnover rate and an increase in non-renewed contracts.
The central research question is “At XX High School, how does self-efficacy impact novice teachers’ ability to fulfill their professional duties?”
