the past 2 years. A year ago, a new employee was hired for your department that
has been a challenge since the start. You suspect, but have been unable to
prove, that he is selling drugs during and after work to other employees. His
performance is border line, but this suspected illegal activity is concerning
you more and more and his performance has been declining over the past 6 weeks.
