“Stress Regulation: The Power of Gratitude and Mindfulness”

Main post (15 pts): Choose one of the two following actions to perform this week regarding stress regulation. Then, discuss: define the type of stress you experienced as described in 14.2, possible affects on the body (14.3), and how the regulation strategy helped your mind and body (1 – 2 paragraphs).  Remember that you are trying to demonstrate your knowledge of the chapter. Use academic language and grammar.
Option 1: Keep a gratitude journal (with at least 3 entries) this week (write down things you are grateful for).
Option 2: Find a guided meditation or mindfulness app or video and try it 1-2 times this week (the guided meditation or mindfulness can be as short as 5 minutes).
