Define social responsibility and describe the significance of social responsibility based on your learning during the IDS program. Why will social responsibility be essential for your professional career? There are many skills needed to be an effective, socially responsible leader: managing ambiguity, understanding how to communicate with others, project management, research, analysis, listening, and the ability to work on a project long term.
Explain one of these above skills that you developed during your IDS program and explain how you will apply the skill in a professional setting. Why is this skill particularly important for you? How will this skill support improved work outcomes? The entire write-up, assessment of the skills, and demonstration should be about two pages in length.
