Suppose you work for a food company that supplies sauces and spices for restaurant chains like KFC and McDonald’s. Your organization, which is based in India, is planning to expand and set up a new production plant in Louisville, Kentucky, USA as it would increase the scope of the business and reduce the cost of logistics. This project requires you to select, develop and lead a team of 5 experts who would be deputed to the new location for five years. Your organization has already screened the top 20 employees who could be suitable for this task.
