“Exploring Complex Designs in Psychological Research: A Review of a Peer-Reviewed Article”

Find a peer-reviewed research article (in one of the domains of psychology) where the 
authors conducted a study using one or more of the complex designs discussed this 
week (Quasi-experimental design, complex factorial design, factorial design, functional 
design). Describe the purpose of the study, the design they used, and what they found.
*When discussing the design, be sure to specify exactly what makes it a “complex design.” (e.g. Is it a factorial design? If so, what are the IVs? Levels?)/
