Don’t forget the case study method:
1) Read the instruction and case questions first.
2) Read and examine the case thoroughly. Take notes, highlight relevant information.
3) Identify the theories, frameworks, models, concepts, and processes relevant to the
case questions.
4) Provide a response to each of the case questions based on analyses.
5) You do not need to provide references for your answers. However, you may
accredit a theory to the author’s contribution, e.g., Pfeffer’s HRM best practice model
(1998).
