Describe a goal that you desire to accomplish and provide specific reasons why your selected leadership approach would be the most appropriate choice.
Include any strengths that you already possess with this style, as well as development opportunities.
Provide recommendations for steps you will take to develop this leadership approach over the next 3–6 months.
