Instructions for Infographic:
For this assignment, pick a specific New York City or Long Island County (either New York, Kings, Queens, Bronx, Richmond, Suffolk, or Nassau).   You will develop an infographic providing information and conclusions about the county.   Some things to consider:

How do the population demographics compare to the state as a whole.
How does this county rank in health outcomes?
Analyze each category of outcomes, and identify areas where they do well and where they do poorly (compared to other counties in the state). Explain why.

Analyze each category and look for areas of strengths and areas needing improvement.
Comparison
Compare this county to another county that may be ranked higher or lower.
What are key differences that might drive the difference in rankings.
The infographic should show some of the facts or analysis you completed along with conclusions/recommendations.
