“The Impact of Shared Values in Effective Leadership”

The following are my most important values I seek to model as a leader. These are listed in order of importance to me, the first one list is the most important.
Communication, accountability, relationships, teamwork, honesty, challenge, determination
Impact of Leadership Values, A Good Leader
Someone I currently work with and have worked with for the past 5 years is who I would pick as a good leader. Jason is by far one the most passionate leaders and mentors I have worked with that has made the biggest impact in my professional career.   He is extremely committed to his team and challenges us every day.  He is extremely innovated and determined to make a difference.   He is great at building relationships and has been a great role model on how important relationships are in our everyday work.   
The values they ‘Modeled the Way’ included:
Teamwork, communication, innovation, relationships, honesty, challenge, determination
I believe our values are very much aligned with each other almost very similar too.   I believe because my leader, who is also my direct boss, and myself have very aligned values has helped to me to perform at such a high level and be very successful.   We work extremely well together and challenge each other.  We respect each other, but will also be very honest with each other when something is not going well or needs to be challenged.  Having a leader and boss that respects me has also allowed me to not be afraid to speak up with I want to challenge something.   Our teamwork and determination really do complement each other.
