Select a topic/issue of relevance to your clinical practice that relates to innovation and change, specific to nursing practice, within the healthcare system. Using Quality Improvement (e.g., Model for Improvement) and Change Management Frameworks (e.g. RNAO, Registered Nurses’ Association of Ontario Leading Change Toolkit).
I was thinking about enhancing medication administration safety in the acute care setting as the topic. If you have any other ideas, please communicate with me before you write and will discuss and finalize. PLease give strong recommendations for part C of the paper.
