“Building a Foundation for Success: A Comprehensive Portfolio on Personal, Professional, and Academic Growth as a Social Worker”

The portfolio must have eight sections such as 
1- Personal philosophy statement of a social worker.
2- Professional and personal goals: Five years plan.
3- Professional development plan.
4- Self-care plan.
5- Current involvement and plan of future involvement in School of Social Work.
7- Theoretical Framework/ Practice Model 
The last section tittle is:
Achievement of Department Competencies/ Practice Behaviors 
For each of the 11 department competencies I need to have at least two pages of understanding of that competency and explain how I will become more competent in that area in my future social work practice.
