“Managing Depression in a 35-Year-Old Male: A Collaborative Treatment Approach”

20 Short Patient Encounters for Inpatient Psychiatric Treatment any diagnosis 10 of them age 2-12 and 10 age 13-17 
1. 35 YOM
o Diagnosis: Depression
o Withdrawal Symptoms if any 
o Medications: Sertraline 50 mg daily
o Sleep: Difficulty falling asleep
o Eating: 50% of 3 meals
o Denies Suicidal/Homicidal ideations
o Denies Visual/Auditory Hallucinations
Depression/Anxiety scale
o Expresses: Hopelessness, but wants to improve
o Goal/Plan: Continue antidepressants CBT therapy, develop sleep hygiene, and discharge with outpatient follow-up.
