“The Influence of Culture on Human Behavior and the American Crime Problem: A Summary and Conceptualization of Saney’s Perspective”

What is culture? What is the role of culture in shaping human behavior? Conceptualize “culture” and “crime” (in a society) by summarizing the two chapters of Saney 1.  The Role of Culture in Shaping Human Behavior 2.  American Culture and The Crime Problem  .  The former chapter gives you an idea about how culture shapes human behavior (including criminal ones) and the latter is the application (illustration) of the conceptual relationship (relation between the concepts culture & crime). Basically, the expectation is to see a well organized summary with appropriate examples and the above mentioned conceptualization.
