After doing some research, referring to your previous employer, asking someone in your current organization, or asking others around you, etc., retrospect about the ‘lessons-learned’ discussion and share your thoughts with your peers.

Discuss why organizations hold ‘lessons-learned’ sessions after project completion. Be sure to speculate on the reasoning behind your answers.
Discuss your thoughts about conducting lessons-learned session? How would you design a typical lesson-learned event?
