“The Social Impact of Poverty: An Examination of Causes, Solutions, and Social Movements”

This is the benchmark essay for my sociology class. It deals with a social problem that we chose at an earlier date, I chose poverty, and how it is a social issue. The idea of this essay is to support the claim that it is a social issue using subjective and objective evidence, give solutions to the issue using research collected, identify social movements that have been about the issue, and give a theoretical perspective that best relates to the selected social problem (conflict, functionalist, or symbolic interactionism).
In the attachments is the worksheet used to create the general idea of the paper, the description of what the paper is aiming to do, and how it should be formatted, and also the different sections of the rubric. APA 7 is the formatting style needed, no abstract.
