“Analyzing Clinical Case Studies: Applying Knowledge and Understanding”

Students are to read and analyze the provided clinical case studies. Then they are to refer to their textbook to answer the presented questions and requests.
Answers are to be submitted in a Word document via Blackboard using the following guidelines:
* Format:  Name/Date/Professor Name at top Left, Organize answers by labeling the case study name and then the number of the question being answered. Double-spaced, Times New Roman, 12 Font, 1-inch margins
*****DO NOT re-write the case description or the question (or this will be flagged for increased similarity when it is not necessary).******
* As always, be sure to provide appropriate answers that provide the information necessary to assess knowledge and application. It is difficult to assess knowledge when there is not enough information.
* Work will be assessed for understanding and coherence; therefore, correct spelling and grammatical structure will be assessed accordingly. Assignments with more than 5 errors will have a grade reduction of 10%, and work with excessive errors (>5) will be required to resubmit with an automatic 15% grade reduction.
