“Leadership Interview with Ashley Aoki”

Ive attatched the instructions, below are the questions and answers I recieved.

Ashley Aoki- Clinical Conpliance Partner
What type of leadership role do they have/had in their organization and how many individuals did they lead? Healthcare, I have 20 people.
 How long have you (or did you) work in a leadership role? 10 yeara
How do they lead their team each day? By communicating clearly and mead by example with trust and inspiration.
What percentage of your time do you spend coaching and on personal tasks and productivity?
Coaching 75%, personal and product 25%
 What are (were) the most challenging aspects of leading the people on the team? Making sure to take the time to understand each individual so u can best lead them and teach them.
How do (did) you handle and address conflict among group members? Allow them to try to resolve it themselves, and then communicated which traditionally is lack of communication.
What are (were) the most rewarding aspects of leading the people on the team? Watching the success of each person and the team.
 Are there ways in which you interact(ed) with and lead people on your team differently from one another?  Yes, depending on their position and their ability to understand.
If so, can you describe how? 
How do (did) you motivate the people on your team? By understanding the ultimate goal, its part of inspiring what helps motivated them and reaching a goal as a whole group. 
Do you find teambuilding activities valuable?
Yes or team connection
What are some activities you have done? Events, games, donating time, small group activities, etc. 
 How do (did) you invest in the people on your team? Education, communication, amd understanding them as people.
What advice would you give a new or aspiring leader or a lesson you have learned in your position of leadership?  Communicate clearly and make connections.
Would you do anything different now, knowing what you know? Be patient, be an example, learn new lessons by books, podcasts, watching other leaders, get a mentor, etc.
