Reflection Paper – Throughout this course, you have learned various leadership concepts,
approaches, and theories. Students will write a 6 page, double spaced, paper using APA 6th
edition formats and citations reflecting on how this leadership information has impacted
their leadership role and understanding. Was your leadership style strengthened by
concepts learned? What strengths and weaknesses did you identify in your leadership
style? Did your leadership style change? These are just a few questions to consider when
reflecting on your leadership and information learned during this session.
