Title: Reflection on Managerial Decision-Making Concepts: The Winner’s Curse and the Footbridge Dilemma Part I: The Winner’s Curse: A Lesson in Overvaluing Deals I remember feeling excited and proud of myself when I
In the first four units, you have been introduced to several managerial decision-making concepts. For this journal, you will reflect on several of them.
Part I: Recall a time when you experienced a winner’s curse. Perhaps you purchased something for what you thought was a great price but quickly (or later) realized it was not. Perhaps the quality was lower than you thought it was. ?
What were your feelings at the time of the purchase when it seemed like such a good deal? Compare your initial feelings to what you felt later when realizing that it was not what you thought.?
Part II: In Chapter 6, you were introduced to the footbridge dilemma, where it prompted you to make a choice of pushing one person in front of a trolley to stop the trolley in order to save the five people farther up the line on the track. What would you do in this situation? What would your motivations be? How would your emotions affect your decision??
Your combined response must be at least two pages in length. No references are necessary. -

“Staying Ahead of the Curve: Key Findings and Recommendations from the 2019 Best Practices in Health Care Employer Survey”
For this assignment, you are a benefits consultant responsible for keeping your clients abreast of employee benefits trends. You will team up with a few other people in class (you can either email me your group name and topic or let me know what you are interested in for the topic and I will create the groups) and deliver a presentation to your client based on a published survey. You are not required to complete a paper, in addition to the presentation. The presentation can be with or without video. You will be comparing various benefit provisions and looking at historical trends. A good consultant is able to provide analysis and context in addition to merely stating the facts. Your team will be consultants meeting with your client to review the latest survey results that your company has compiled. Create a PowerPoint presentation to lead the discussion with the client. Your presentation should be about minutes 10-15 minutes in length and include the following components:
-One thing that surprised you and why
-One thing that did not surprise you and why
-One recommendation to your client that is supported by the findings. Remember trends should not be followed blindly. Make up some aspect about the client that makes your recommendation a good fit with their strategy and explain why. (e.g., “Knowing that you are an organization that is striving for maximum health care consumer engagement, we recommend you introduce an HRA or HSA account to your medical plan.”)
-Anything else you deem relevant and interesting to the client
The topic is 2019 Best Practices in Health Care Employer Survey Report. I will attach the file for the survey report. -
Progress Update Presentation Draft for First Six Months of Treatment Plan Progress Evaluation and Data Monitoring for Behavior Intervention Plan “Progress Review and Recommendations for Ethical and Compassionate Practice in Behavior Analysis: A Case Study Presentation”
THIS PROJECT IS WORTH 360 POINTS AND MORE THAN HALF YHE GRADE FOR THE SEMESTER
ITS AN UPDATE OF THE INFORMATIOON IN THE ASSIGNMNETS AT THE BOTTOM, NOTHING SHOULD BE NEW BESIDES THE DATA
For this assignment you will provide a full draft of your slide deck that will be used for your Week 8 presentation. You will start the presentation with a slide selecting ONE of the provided audiences, with a brief description of why you are selecting that audience. The next slides will include short phrases or sentences as bullet points to cover all areas of evaluating the first six months of your treatment plan in language that matches your selected audience. Your slide deck will include a brief description of your case study and intervention plan. After this short description the focus of your slides and presentation should be on providing an evaluation of progress related to the intervention, including supervision details (IOA and treatment integrity data) and a visual display of data to show the progress of your target behavior for reduction and your selected replacement behavior.
Be sure to review the rubric as well as the instructions to make sure you have covered all required aspects of this assignment.
Remember you are acting as the supervisor on this case but are not yet a BCBA.
Audience Selection and Justification (Slide 1)
Slide 1 should include a label of who you are presenting your data to and why you selected this audience. This slide can be a short paragraph or bullet points that cover the following:

“Intelligence Failure: Analyzing the Causes and Consequences”
OVERVIEW
You will make a presentation that outlines and analyzes an intelligence failure. The presentation
must begin with a clear statement of what makes this event an intelligence failure and proceed
with an objective timeline of the event. Next, you must determine the point at which events
slipped out of control making failure inevitable. Your presentation will then identify the
erroneous assumptions made by decision-makers. Finally, offer suggestions on how
circumstances could have been altered in such a way as to have avoided failure. Important: A
PowerPoint Presentation is not an essay on slides; keep wording to a minimum, such as by using
bullet points.
INSTRUCTIONS
Consider titling each slide by one of the content-related graded criteria, as found in the
grading rubric. This will help insure that you address each criteria.
You may use Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, or infographics as the instrument for
your presentation, although PowerPoint is the preferred instrument.
The minimum length of the presentation must be at least 21 slides of text, exclusive of
the title slide and the reference slide(s).
The driving standard should be the clarity of the slide and the effectiveness of your
presentation in making a case for your conclusions.
You must use at least 3 scholarly sources and cite them according to current APA format. -
Title: Effects of Acute and Chronic Exercise on Cardiovascular Variables
Please use the given excel sheet and data analysis to formulate the given tables and graphs all instructions are provied.
Results:
1) Use subheadings, so that the overall statistical results for each analysis may be reported
clearly and separately. Results must be reported in paragraph form, using complete sentences.
2) For each variable tested, report summary statistics in a table (means, standard deviation
[SD] values, and sample sizes [n]), and report in sentence form the results of our
statistical analyses (including P-values). Clearly state your statistical conclusions (i.e., is
there a significant difference between/among the compared means? If so, in what way do
the compared means differ?). You should include two tables, one reporting mean, SD,
and n for the cardiovascular variables analyzed before and after acute exercise, and one
reporting mean, SD, and n for the cardiovascular variables compared among the low,
medium, and high chronic exercise groups. Each table should be numbered sequentially
and referred to in the text of your Results section.
3) Provide a separate figure for each analysis. Each figure should be numbered sequentially
and referred to in the text of your Results section. You should have 7 figures total (i.e., 7
box-and-whisker plots) as specified in the Lab Report Analysis Instructions Sp24.pdf
handout. Be sure to select the following options for your box-and-whisker plots in Excel
(right-click and select Format Data Series): Show inner points, Show outlier points,
Show mean markers, Exclusive median. Each figure should include labeled axes (with
units), a complete figure legend, and a clear communication of statistical results. As a
reference for what might constitute a complete figure and legend, two sample graphs
from different experiments appear on the last page of this handout.
4) Only report the results, do not interpret their larger biological meaning.
please follow these as well for the lab report portion. -
