It significantly reduces medication errors and enhances patient safety.
Instructions: prepare a 4–6 page paper in which you introduce your selected technology and describe at least four peer-reviewed publications that promote the use of your selected technology to enhance quality and safety standards in nursing. You will conclude your paper by summarizing why you recommend a particular technology by underscoring the evidence-based resources you presented. Be sure that your paper includes all of the following elements:
Introduction to the Selected Technology Topic
What is your rationale for selecting this particular technology topic? What is interesting about it?
What research process did you employ?
    Which databases did you use?

For each resource, include the full reference followed by the annotation.
Explain the focus of the research or review article you chose.
Provide a summary overview of the publication.
According to this source, what is the impact of this technology on patient safety and quality of care?
According to this source, what is the relevance of this technology to nursing practice and the work of the interdisciplinary health care team?
Why did you select this publication to write about out of the many possible options? In other words, make the case as to why this resource is important for health care practitioners to read.
    Summary of Recommendation
How would you tie together the key learnings from each of the four publications you examined?
What organizational factors influence the selection of a technology in a health care setting? Consider such factors as organizational policies, resources, culture/social norms, commitment, training programs, and/or employee empowerment.
How would you justify the implementation and use of the technology in a health care setting? This is the section where you will justify (prove) that the implementation of the
patient care technology is appropriate or not. The evidence should be cited from the literature that was noted in the annotated bibliography.
Consider the impact of the technology on the health care organization, patientcare/satisfaction, and interdisciplinary team productivity, satisfaction, and retention.

  • Title: The Power Dynamics of Love and Condemnation in Plato’s “Symposium”

Write a reconstruction and analysis of this Plato’s single sentence “So you can see that plain condemnation of Love reveals lust for power in the rulers and cowardice in the ruled, while indiscriminate disapproval testifies to general dullness and stupidity. ” (page 208) in the context of pages 202-212 of the attached book. Rely on the previous semester example in files.
When preparing your analysis and reconstruction, keep in mind the following questions your writing should address (your assessment will be based on how well you address these questions in your writing):
why is this particular line confusing?
why does it seem to be significant to the author’s ideas?
how can this particular line be connected to both the larger aim of the author, as well as related parts within the same work?
how can you contextualize this particular line in order to make clearer its position within the author’s line of inquiry?
how can you break down its sense: what might it mean? how might we understand it?
what is to be gained by analyzing this particular line’s assumptions, implicit import and the logical consequences that follow from it?
how does a better understanding of this particular line illuminate the work as a whole?
In the process, be sure to accurate quote and cite your source. And please avoid the use of superfluous adjectives, generalizations and presumptions that typically get in the way of such writing. There is here no need for you to present yourself as though you are an expert, as though you know more than you do in fact know. Please also avoid using other sources or building the paper around the usual introduction:body paragraph:conclusion structure.

Consider the kinds of employee surveillance methods discussed in the discussion case (https://www.expressvpn.com/blog/expressvpn-survey-surveillance-on-the-remote-workforce/) and the applications of surveillance in suppressing labor organizing from the article. Then, identify an ethical problem concerning moral rights and analyze it.
    Task (please number the responses):
    1) From the chosen case of employee surveillance, state where this took place, what kind of surveillance was being used, and what the purpose was (stated or intended). Be sure to provide a works cited source for any resources you use from outside.
    2) Clearly state any ethical problems concerning employees’ moral rights arising from employee surveillance in this case—state which rights are at stake and note any conflicting rights that may be present. If you do not think there is an ethical problem in any of these cases, your task will be to identify a problem you anticipate others may see with one of them. TIP: Aim for a narrowly defined ethical problem that addresses an ethical issue rather than a legal or practical issue. This need not be a question.
    3) How would you use principle or rights-based ethics, utilitarianism, or a combination of the two to address the ethical problem you identified? Briefly explain how you think this ethical problem should be resolved using these two theories. You do not need to address potential objections or provide detailed explanations of how businesses’ might practically address their own interests in this brief assignment. Focus on addressing the problem as you imagine an ethicist might based on our readings this week.

  • “Exploring Social Problems and Inequalities: An Analysis of Class, Race, Gender, and Social Change in Society” Inequality and social problems have been persistent issues in society, and as a result, sociologists have continuously studied and analyzed their Title: Comprehensive Report on Component Parts

This essay exam is designed for you to think across the ideas, issues, and concepts we have covered in the course to date. The questions are intended to be straightforward and your answers may draw on a variety of sources- readings, lecture, discussions, etc. It is best to focus primarily on arguments, examples, and materials from our common reading and activities, although a reference or two from outside our common material is acceptable if you feel it is absolutely necessary. References to specific passages and pages from our reading are highly valued to connect the understandings you express and the texts we have covered.
Be sure, 1) to answer all parts of the question, 2) to answer the questions directly (keep off-topic digressions to an absolute minimum), 3) to make sure your writing is clear, succinct, and grammatically correct, 4) most importantly, to make sure that your answers do not force me to assume anything about what you understand. Clarity is essential.
Format: Double spaced, 10-12 point font, 1-inch margins. Do not list the question and sub-question and then give short answers. This is an essay. So it should hang together as a composition that analyzes and gives explanations based on the questions asked, drawing from the readings, lecture, discussions, etc. Do not copy the questions verbatim in your essay. This will not count for space used. Your essay should be only your arguments supported using the class sources. Get right into your argument when the essay begins. Be sure to properly cite all sources.
Task: In approximately 3-5 typewritten pages, write an essay addressing one of the following exam prompts.
A key social problem discussed in this course has been class inequality and its influence on people’s everyday lives.  Be sure to use examples from the readings and other course material. You should address the following questions in your answer: What is class inequality? What is poverty? What is the relationship between wealth and poverty as described in the book? How has class inequality and poverty in the U.S. changed over the last sixty years? What are some of the ways that social class standing and poverty influence people’s everyday lives and live outcomes? What is the housing problem in the U.S. on how does it relate to social class inequality? What are some of the social causes and consequences of evictions and housing inequality? What potential policy changes or social action could help does Desmond suggest to help address this social problem?
A key issue for sociologists is social inequality. Describe how gender, race, and social class represent existing social inequalities in society. Be sure to use examples from the readings and other course material. You should address the following questions in your answer: What is social inequality? How are gender, race, and social class sources of social inequality? What evidence is present in the readings for these inequalities? What does it mean that race, gender, and social class are intersectional? What are some examples from course material and readings that demonstrate this intersectionality? What other forms of social inequality (besides race, class, and gender) can you identify?
A key issue for sociologists is social change. Describe social change including the role it plays in society and how sociologists analyze it. Be sure to use examples from the readings and other course material. You should address the following questions in your answer: What is social change? What are some social actors that influence social change? What role do social actors such as social movements play in causing social change? How do the evolutionary and dialectical theories explain social change? What is globalization? What is the connection between globalization and postmodern society? What influence has globalization played in causing social change? Which theory of social change (evolutionary or dialectical) do you think best explains changes from globalization?
grading will not be based on length but rather on whether the report thoroughly anddresses all the component parts. All components need to be answered by the end of the essay .
I DO NEED SOURCES but it doesn’t have to be a specific number.
