Title: The Moynihan Report and its Impact on the Black Family: Examining the Arguments of Revisionism and Economics
The Black Family-Discussion Moynihan-Gutman
More than any other document, the Moynihan Report has influenced political decisions for a generation after its publication in 1965. Attributing the legacy of slavery as one of the root causes of the black family’s (by this he meant heterosexual nuclear family) poor outcomes (out-wedlock birth and fatherless homes), he advocated for stronger federal programs to ameliorate this issue. His conservative detractors scoffed, blaming the poor outcomes of the black family on personal choices made by black men and women. The government should stay away.
Read the following:
Slavery and the Black Family
Answer the following:
Bear in mind, this person has an agenda but his portrayal of the scholarship is accurate. Which argument do you find most compelling and why: revisionism or economics?

Title: Statistical Analysis of Survey Data: Examining Descriptive Statistics and Appropriate Tests
Please use the attachments to complete the required paper.
Although you will lack enough survey responses to use many statistical tests (such as t-tests, ANOVA, regression, etc.), you may use them for educational purposes in this assignment.
Prompt
Provide a description of data collected in the survey. What level of data did your survey collect (e.g., nominal, ordinal, interval, ratio)? A survey might have nominal data in the demographic items and interval/ratio with a Likert scale. The level of data allows you to decide the appropriate statistical test to use. Showing the levels of data allows your instructor to supply valuable feedback about statistical tests.
Name the survey items used to collect descriptive data and explain the descriptive statistics tests you will conduct on your data. Descriptive statistics often describe participants’ demographics items. Items in the demographic information often are nominal or categorical data. Measures of central tendencies are the correct statistical tests to use and report.
Describe the statistical tests you plan to use and why you chose them.
Discuss statistical tests that would be inappropriate to use and what makes them inappropriate.
Define the variables you plan to use with each statistical test you conduct. For example, you might use an independent t-test to compare dog owner and non-dog owner scores on an anxiety scale. You would use an independent t-test for two groups (dog owner/non-dog owner), each measured once. -
Legal Memorandum: Lewis v. Kanner Analysis
Attached is your first legal memorandum assignment. In phrasing your discussion rely solely on the cases briefed and discussed in class: Lewis, and Kanner. Except for the use of the legal dictionary, should this become necessary, do not rely on any other caselaw or statutes.
1. Type your assignment using the format for memoranda discussed in class.
2. Double space your typing.
3. Your memoranda should be no longer than four pages. If you alter the font or typeset to squeeze in additional information onto those four pages, be sure that your rather nearsighted instructor can still read the resulting print. -

Title: Balanced Scorecard Analysis of Company XYZ
Many companies use a balanced scorecard system to track and manage their performance. According to Garrison, Noreen, and Brewer (2021), a balanced scorecard “consists of an integrated set of performance measures that are derived from and support a company’s strategy.” In a Balanced Scorecard (BSC), the company’s strategy is translated into a system of performance measures that are used to monitor the company’s performance in meeting its strategic objectives.
Your task for this assignment will be to identify and discuss key performance measures used in an actual balanced scorecard example of any ONE real organization. Select the company of your choice; however, please make sure that you will be able to access their BSC information.
This can be readily accomplished by doing a search of the library databases, Google Scholar, or other source available to you along with our textbook readings. To further assist in your understanding of this topic, in addition to finding information relating to a balanced scorecard example you might also want to do supporting searches on dashboards and also Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), as these are two contemporary terms related to the balanced scorecard concept.
Discuss in as much detail as possible the specifics of each of the elements in the balanced scorecard that is being used your selected company. You will also need to analyze the significant strengths and weaknesses of the organization’s balanced scorecard.
Deliverables
You should prepare a 7-9 slide PowerPoint presentation (not including the cover page slide and references slides), explaining the specifics of the balanced scorecard utilized by the company you selected in your research. In your presentation, be sure to address each of the four performance measures:
1. Financial 2. Customer
3. Internal Business Process
4. Learning and Growth
For each of these performance measures, identify and discuss the most significant Key Performance Indicators that appear in the performance measure. Also, your presentation should include your analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of your company’s balanced scorecard. You should include at least two strengths and two weaknesses in your analysis. Your PowerPoint presentation should also include voice narration for each of the content slides. The length of the narration should be approximately 8-10 minutes for the entire presentation. APA standards are required to be followed for this presentation.
For the audio just write the narrative out and I will read the audio out. -

I’d like you to please develop an introduction with a thesis statement that will drive your assignment topic. You can find examples in the APUS library or the announcements area of the classroom.
Topic: Select one of the psychotropic classifications of interest from the list above and choose a Specific drug.
Provide the bolded content below as headings to organize and ensure all required content is clearly included for a reader Provide the history and brief background of the chosen psychotropic, what it is used for, how it works (i.e., mechanism of action), receptor sites the drug targets, and the drug’s primary effect. Discuss the subclassification (e.g., if you choose fluoxetine, an antidepressant, its subclassification is an SSRI; therefore, you will discuss the background of SSRIs) of the psychotropic
and provide a critical analysis of why it is used over other drugs (or if it is not commonly used, explain why). Also, provide if the FDA approves the drug and, if so, the date and the Agency’s approved use. If the FDA did not approve it, explain why and if it is used for non-FDA drug use (i.e., off-label). Also, ensure to include side effects, adverse effects, and contraindications or drug-to-drug interactions of the psychotropic. Further, discuss how the drug impacts children, adolescents, and older adults and how to minimize complications of the drugs based on the population. Finally, provide a conclusion on the importance of the drug and how it is essential to the clinical psychological and psychopharmacology fields. You must include at least four peer-reviewed sources to support and substantiate your work. If you use additional resources, they must be academically grounded and scholarly. All sources must be within five years or newer.
Annotated Bibliography: For this portion, students must identify four peer-reviewed journals or other journals with reliable information published in the last 5 years (do not use sources from the secular press, i.e., Psychology Today, Simply Psychology, Very Well Mind, Time, Newsweek, Parent’s Today, etc.). Select only single study research as well If you do not see the words purpose, participants, data collection/analysis, findings etc – you have not selected single study research. Do not use meta-analysis, systematic review, review of the literature, discussion, commentary type articles, PhD dissertations, or books. Include one sentence each for the following content – the purpose, participants, data collection, evaluation, findings and implications in your short summary.
Ask your instructor if it is an acceptable source when in doubt. In these journals, the research and information are either reviewed by an editorial team (such as for the Harvard Business Review) or a group of peers (such as in many journals you find through the APU online library). Research cannot be older than 5 years. Nonetheless, the annotated bibliography should include the purpose of the study, method (participants, data collection etc), significant findings, and significance to the field.
Therefore, your assignment should have the three subheadings:
Topic
Thesis Statement and introduction
Annotated BibliographyAgain, please see the attached template for assistance with how to formulate your paper. NOTE: Sources such as WebMD, Wikipedia, Cleveland Clinic, Mayo Clinic, Cherry, Psychology Today, Simply Psychology, Parent’s Day, news articles, op-eds, blogs, and encyclopedias are not scholarly sources and should not be used. When in doubt, ask your professor if it is an acceptable source. In these journals, the research and information are either reviewed by an editorial team (such as for the Harvard Business Review) or a group of peers (such as in many journals you find through the APU online library).
This assignment aims to assist you in developing research analysis skills, including critical thinking, writing, and literature research skills.
This paper must be written through a biological lens. Meaning a discussion of the genetic/biological origin and treatments is required. Do not include non-biologically-based treatment methods such as counseling, therapy, support groups, etc.

Title: Navigating Challenges in Shared Governance: A Case Study for Ryan
Ryan graduated from his BSN program about 18 months ago and has been working on a
surgical unit in a large Magnet hospital. He belongs to his state nurse’s association and the
Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses (AMSN). He recently moved to another town for
graduate school and took a job in a small community hospital. The new chief nursing
officer is trying to create a shared governance structure. The nursing staff seems
disinterested in participating in such a governance structure. Some of them complain that
they do not want to “think” about nursing beyond what they have to do at the bedside.
Ryan served on the practice council at the hospital where he worked after graduation. The
nurses he works with now are discouraging him from volunteering to serve on one of the
new councils being formed to implement shared governance. He is frustrated by his
colleagues of interest in participating in decision making about nursing care. He wonders if
this is the right place for him to work while in his graduate program. Although this hospital
is closely affiliated with the school of nursing where he is a graduate student, the nurses on
his unit openly challenge the wisdom of his decision to pursue a graduate degree.
1. What resources should Ryan use to gain support for his desire to participate
in the new shared governance structure?
2. If Ryan wants to test the job market to find a position in a more positive
nursing work environment, what resources can he use?
3. Ryan has been subjected to a lot of questions and negative comments by
some of the senior staff nurses about his graduate studies. They tend to
negate the importance of advancing one’s nursing education. How can he
redirect their comments?
**Please do not accept this assignment if you are not familair with nursing this is froma nursing sperspective.**
no introduction is needed just answer the 3 questions in the paper.
Use the text book as 1 source. I need up to 3 sources.
