The project area focuses on supply chain management within the industry. To apply critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and SCM analysis and design skills to develop a supply chain strategic improvement plan.
The project focuses on a real-world problem, as stated in the (Proposal attached), that is, a draft of the problem, concepts, and proposed solutions.  This project proposal aims to investigate and enhance the implementation of Preferential Trade Agreements (PTAs) within SCEPI’s global supply chain. SCEPI, a leading chemical company, faces challenges in fully leveraging PTAs due to integration issues with its ERP platform and reliance on manual processes, risking efficiency and compliance. By analyzing the components of PTAs, optimizing ERP systems, and identifying cost-saving opportunities, the study seeks to improve SCEPI’s competitiveness, achieving Global value chain and operational efficiency in the global market, focusing on trade regulations within frameworks like NAFTA and the EU.

Avoid extensive and unnecessary lengthy statements. The academic paper focuses on conceptualizing, establishing the concepts, and addressing the current problem based on the context of 
SCEPI as a firm targeting GVC and competitive advantage.

Write a reflective journal about different styles of leadership and how a leader communicates to varied stakeholders. As an adaptive leader, your communication strategy or style may pivot depending on your audience. You are not required to use sources; however, you can emphasize and support your thinking with resources if you feel it is applicable. Specifically, you will address the following questions:
