    Introduction
    This week you continue to work on your paper that addresses a current controversial issue. This paper is to be in the form of an argument. You have selected a topic and chosen issues related to that topic; this week, you will thoroughly research both sides of the issues you have chosen. Keep in mind that your paper must define the issue, present evidence on both sides of the issue, and then argue that one side is stronger and more persuasive than the other. Your paper must address at least three relevant aspects of the issue. More specific directions for each part of the paper will be found within the specific assignment in the weekly modules; the assignment this week is to research both the pro and con sides of the issues you have chosen to address.
    Here is a brief breakdown of the project so that you can plan your time in the course:

    This week, you will conduct an issue review for your selected topic for your project. Present a brief report of your research on both sides of the issue. This should include the following:
    Citation of your sources
    Links to the sources where available
    Brief descriiption of the content of each of the sources (50 to 80 words for each source)
    Your research review should address at least three (3) aspects of the issue that is the subject of your paper and must present at least one pro and one con article review on each aspect. Sources should be scholarly or of very high substantive quality.

    The author presents the case, largely though the words of sex-workers themselves, for de-criminalization and for allowing sex workers to control the conditions of their work—that is, to operate brothels themselves, choose their physicians, provide and receive benefits, and work outside brothels if they so choose – which will make them safer and less apt to be exploited.

    Phương pháp gọi sơ yếu lý lịch công chứng có chính xác không?
    Hiện nay, việc xin chứng thực sơ yếu lý lịch không yêu cầu chứng thực hoặc công chứng sơ yếu lý lịch. Tuy nhiên, tất cả các mẫu sơ yếu lý lịch đều có xác nhận của tổ chức hoặc nơi cư trú của bạn.

    Dù Luật Chứng nhận chưa được ban hành nhưng Bộ Quốc tịch, Quốc tịch và Chứng nhận đã đề nghị Bộ Tư pháp chỉ đạo UBND các xã, huyện, thị trấn trên địa bàn xác nhận lý lịch của người nộp đơn chỉ ở nội dung. ; Trong hồ sơ
    Ngoài ra, sau khi ban hành Nghị định số 23/2015/ND-CP, cơ quan này đã có thông báo chính thức số 873/HTTQTCT-CT, trong đó đưa ra những quy định rất nghiêm ngặt về hồ sơ xác minh hồ sơ.
    Vì vậy, UBND xã, UBND huyện, Bộ Tư pháp và các cơ quan, ban ngành khác chứng thực chữ ký trong lý lịch theo quy định tại Điều 3 Nghị định số 23/2015/ND – CP. 26.

    Điều 2, Khoản 3 Nghị định số 23/2015/ND-CP định nghĩa chứng thực chữ ký như sau:
    Chứng thực chữ ký là chữ ký trên văn bản được cơ quan, tổ chức có thẩm quyền quy định trong văn bản này xác nhận là chữ ký của người đề nghị chứng thực.
    Ngoài ra, Điều 2 Khoản 1 Luật Công chứng 2014 quy định về công chứng như sau:
    Công chứng là việc công chứng viên của tổ chức hành nghề công chứng xác nhận bằng văn bản về tính xác thực, hợp pháp, chính xác, hợp pháp và không vi phạm quy định của hợp đồng và các giao dịch dân sự khác (sau đây gọi là hợp đồng, giao dịch). hợp pháp. đạo đức xã hội.     Vì vậy, việc coi sơ yếu lý lịch có công chứng là sơ yếu lý lịch có công chứng là không đúng.
    Làm thế nào để xác minh tính xác thực của sơ yếu lý lịch?
    Việc xác minh lý lịch được thực hiện theo quy định tại Điều 3 Nghị định số 23/2015/ND-CP.

    Theo Điều 2, Khoản 9 Nghị định số 23/2015, nhân sự thực hiện chứng nhận bao gồm:
    —Giám đốc, Phó Giám đốc Văn phòng Tư pháp huyện.
    – Chủ tịch, Phó Chủ tịch UBND xã.
    – Công chứng viên tại Văn phòng công chứng, công chứng viên tại Văn phòng công chứng.
    – Viên chức ngoại giao, viên chức lãnh sự của cơ quan đại diện ngoại giao, cơ quan đại diện lãnh sự và các cơ quan khác được ủy quyền thực hiện chức năng lãnh sự của Việt Nam ở nước ngoài.
    Vì vậy, khi cần xác minh lý lịch, người nộp đơn có thể đến phòng tư pháp cấp huyện, ủy ban nhân dân thị trấn, văn phòng/cơ quan công chứng hoặc đại sứ quán, đại diện lãnh sự…

    Điều 7 Lệnh số 23 quy định thời hạn xác nhận phụ trợ như sau:

    – Nếu nhận sau 3h chiều sẽ được chuyển sang ngày làm việc tiếp theo.

    Phí chứng thực chữ ký là 10.000đ/bản (cùng một văn bản hoặc một hoặc nhiều chữ ký trong một văn bản).
    Mức phí này được quy định tại Điều 4 Thông báo 226/2016/TT-BTC.

    You are going to write your own original play or movie treatment. A treatment is a synopsis of
    a film or play idea. It is the step in between an outline and a script. This is generally what is
    given to investors, script readers, producers and actors to gain their interest in a concept and
    convince them to read the full script. This is a creative writing assignment. You are free to
    create a treatment for any story idea you can imagine. We are all adults, so a low “R” rating is
