  • “Amending and Correcting a Thesis on the Correlation between Sales and Supply Chain Management in Saudi Arabian Manufacturing Companies”

Hello buddy, Good day, I would want you to amend and correct my whole thesis where necessary with the following points to work on to be addressed in the thesis-
    1) Delete sabic and aramco where necessary in the whole thesis because we didn’t use them in our data and results. Instead talk about these as regards to the hypothesis- A) There is a positive correlation or relationship between sales and supply chain management in manufacturing companies in saudi-arabia. Sales also has a unidirectional association with supply chain management.
    B) Return on Asset also positive with supply chain management and unidirectional association with supply chain management too. C) Return on Equity negative with supply chain management in manufacturing companies in saudi. With unidirectional association between them as well. D) Cash Conversion Cycle has a negative correlation with supply chain management too. But bidirectional association with supply chain management.
    E) you can also put more hypothesis apart from the one listed above that is related to the research, please only related work. 2) You should also state the year 2012 to 2022 is the time series of the data collection for our research. 3) You should remove the primary data in the research methodology, where it is stated in the whole of the thesis. 4) from the supply chain management PDF shared as an attachment, I would want you to draw discussion from the attachment and explain it in the literature review this variables which are- Return on asset, Return on equity, Cash Conversion Cycle, Sales and Supply Chain Management Ratio. 5) You can mention in the thesis the reason why we are doing the test for supply chain management in Saudi Arabia for manufacturing companies is because no one has ever done what we did in the past, no one did the test for co-integration test, casualty test and this is the first time we are using such test for supply chain management in Saudi Arabia for manufacturing companies.
    6) you can also put this in the statement of purpose or significance of study or statement of problem or introduction that no one has ever done it before and there is a study gap that needs to be filled.
    7) After you finish stating or talking the above points as requested, you can state or talk everything of the points in the abstract likewise also. Remove Return on investment in the abstract because I do not need it in the thesis as part of the variable, put about what i discussed in the variable of our research in the abstract.
    8) Do not forget to mention why did we choose saudi manufacturing companies, the vision that they have to become the best supply chain management in the world from other countries. We use saudi-arabia because they have future visions. There is no too much paper that talk about saudi arabia in supply chain management and not too much people has talked about it and that is why we are talking about it in our thesis.
    9) Do not forget to include more references in the reference section of our thesis because the references in the thesis are little and more references needs to be added as in relation with the work of the thesis.
This is all for now. Thanks for your ùnderstanding.
Anticipating your positive response. Best Regards.

  • The Importance of Research in Education: Understanding Different Designs and Ethical Considerations

Please respond to Cheyenne. with. 450. words. a p a style. citations. and references Research is essential in the world of education. Creswell and Guetterman (2019) state that research adds to current knowledge as research helps educators to understand a topic or issue. Basic research includes defining a question or goal, collecting data, and presenting an answer (Creswell & Guetterman, 2019). However, taking a deeper dive into the steps of research adds the reviewing of literature, making a prediction to solving a problem, analyzing the data, and providing an in-depth conclusion that includes limitations as well as further research suggestions (Creswell & Guetterman, 2019). Reviewing literature is a very important step in the research process as it provides the researcher with the background information needed to ensure a realistic focal point or idea (Creswell & Guetterman, 2019). Overall, for educators, research helps to improve teaching practices by evaluating approaches within the educational setting (Creswell & Guetterman, 2019).
In order for research to be effective, the researcher must select the appropriate experimental design because the experimental design ensures the appropriate data collection process, analyzation, and reporting to best support the findings for others to learn from and apply (Creswell & Guetterman, 2019). One experimental design to research is action research, and action research is used often by educators. Creswell and Guetterman (2019) state that action research includes procedures completed by individuals in the educational setting for improvement or modification. Moreover, Creswell and Guetterman (2019) suggest that action research encourages change, ensures a democratic approach, and helps to test ideas. There are also different kinds of action research including practical action research, participatory action research, and self-reflective research (Creswell & Guetterman, 2019). Because educators work with students with many different types of needs, action research is essential because it provides immediate feedback to ideas or new strategies that support the diverse set of needs within the classroom.
Important for all research is ethics. Moreover, Creswell and Guetterman (2019) discuss the importance of protecting the participants involved in the study. Therefore, no matter if the research is traditional or action research, educators must hold high ethical standards to ensure that the physical safety and identity of the participants are a top priority at all times. Additionally, all research includes data, either quantitative or qualitative, whichever is better suited for the research question (Creswell & Guetterman, 2019). Quantitative research involves the statistical analysis of information; however qualitative data includes the generalization of ideas, from interviews, transcriptions, images, or even pictures (Creswell & Guetterman, 2019). Research may also include mixed method research as a way to combine quantitative and qualitative methods. As an educator, I am constantly looking for strategies and interventions that will help improve teaching and learning for students. Therefore, I review research for ideas and strategies, and oftentimes, I apply action research to determine the effectiveness of the strategies and practices. In the end, it is important for educators to be able to read and review research, but it is also important to be able to carry out different research designs ethically for the improvement of teaching and learning for all students.

  • The Importance of Research in Education: An Overview of Chapters 1-7 References: Creswell, J. W., & Guetterman, T. C. (2019). Educational research: Planning, conducting, and evaluating quantitative and

please respond to Tawana. with 450 words. a p a style. citations. references Chapters 1-7 provide an overview of the nature of research. According to Creswell and Guetterman, research is the “process of steps used to collect and analyze information to increase one’s understanding of a topic or issue” (Creswell & Guetterman, 2019). In the field of education, research plays a vital role in providing students with a quality education. Research provides the district with an opportunity to analyze data to provide clarity on a certain issue or topic. Chapters 1-7 discussed the three most important reasons why research is important in the educational profession. According to Creswell and Guetterman, educators seek new knowledge continuously to address issues that may arise, and research allows the researcher to find pertinent solutions to the matters. Research provides a deeper understanding of problems and limitations, much like bricklayers building a wall and as they continually add bricks, the entire structure becomes stronger (Creswell and Guetterman, 2019). Another reason research is important to the field of education is research can allow a path to improve teaching practices. Using research to increase teachers’ knowledge of classroom practices only creates an environment that prepares teachers for the classroom. Teaching practices grant educators the ability to become effective teachers who in return increase student learning. The last reason according to Creswell and Guetterman is that research provides policy makers the data to make an effective decision (Creswell & Guetterman, 2019).
Chapters 4 & 5 provide the six steps to doing effective research. The first step is identifying the problem, reviewing relevant literature or information, stating the purpose of the research, collecting specific data and information, analyzing, and interpreting the information and data, and reporting and evaluating the research (Creswell and Guetterman, 2019). After reading the first chapters we learn that research is classified as quantitative, or qualitative. We also learned that research can be a mixture of quantitative and qualitative. Although research varies, research shares a common goal. The problem and the question regarding the nature of the research must ask the question and decide the approach to take (Creswell & Guetterman, 2019).
We learned important issues that may arise when conducting research. For example, we must consider ethical practices and is the research being conducted by a qualified individual. To prevent ethical violations during research guidelines and review committees monitor the research being conducted and adherence to the principles of research. Creswell and Guetterman design research as solving a puzzle, lengthening one’s attention span, adequate use of library resources, and editing (Creswell & Guetterman, 2019).
