Write a short 1000-word essay on how an inexperienced or ‘novice’ consultant might begin capitalizing on the principles of diversity and cross-cultural awareness. How has or is ‘globalization’ changing the face and requirements of consulting? What urgent ethical demands does this new awareness place on enterprising consultants?
