This task requires you
to write an essay (maximum 1700 words excluding title page, references and

Task summary
You will use contemporary leadership’s knowledge, theory,
and methodologies to reflect on and analyse a personal experience (Need to
be in a pharmaceutical company background). To do this you will pick a
personal experience that fits one of three situations and use a
structure based on Gibbs Reflective Cycle to write an essay (maximum 1700
words, excluding title page, references and appendix) that meets the criteria
outlined.
In completing this task, you are expected to draw upon
broader knowledge about contemporary leadership. Including references to other
readings to support and contextualise your opinion is required.

A challenging situation where you were working on a project and

The Fitbit ECG app creates and records an ECG when you take a 30-second reading on your Fitbit wrist-worn product (Kloppenborg et al., 2023). The Fitbit ECG app analyzes the recording, presents the results on your Fitbit wrist-worn product, and allows you to view your results on your phone or tablet. Self-collected data can be easily used to analyze individuals’ medical history, conveniently reducing the need to attend healthcare centers and get healthcare providers to collect the necessary data. The device offers a perfect way for individuals with illnesses requiring regular blood pressure, oxygen levels, and activity levels to easily monitor their conditions and transmit the information to appropriate devices for decision-making.
However, it is worth noting that the device is associated with specific tracking errors. As with any device, it could be better and more foolproof. It can miss some tracking information or add information that needs to be more accurate. The Timber Building Company modifies and builds portable offices and homes based on customized plans. The company has been in business 35 years and has prided itself on providing a very competitive salary and great benefits as well as retaining most of their original employees. While they originally began the company doing creative designs and one-of-a-kind housing and office buildings, much of the routine work in the factory is now done robotically. They still need a supervisor and technicians to keep the operations running, as well as the construction crew who actually deliver and construct the products on site. There are two main engineers, one who predominantly works on high-end mansions, and the other who predominantly works on corporate office projects from Timber’s main offices.
The CEO and president (the husband and wife team who are the founders), are the ones who meet with prospective corporate clients and negotiate the prices and building parameters. While the company used to construct low-income housing as well, the clients are now almost exclusively wealthy private clients or corporate titans.
