  • “Exploring the Relationship between Employee Engagement and Organizational Performance: A Case Study of XYZ Company”

I have some prior work that needs to be completed based on an already-approved project proposal (attached) and a completed survey. Please refer to the uploaded/shared files and feedback from what has been done so far. Need a writer to complete the dissertation with the following being the key things that the writer will have to do
Chapter 1. Introduction: (+1000 words) needed as I haven’t got one.
Chapter 2. Literature Review: (+3000 words) This was previously written by another writer and reviewed by my tutor, so I will need to use the current material to improve and strengthen it.
Chapter 3. Methodology: (+2000 words). Again, some work was done by a previous writer and reviewed by my tutor. It will need to be strengthened based on feedback received in the past, so it should require less effort. However, I will need to see a significant improvement.
Chapter 4: Findings and Discussions: (+2500 words on Findings and +3000 words on Discussions) This will have to be a new write-up as I haven’t got any previous work on it. There is a completed online survey you will need to analyse and discuss findings on. all the materials will be provided accordingly.
Chapter 5. Conclusion: (+2000) This will be a new write-up as it is yet to be created based on the preceding chapters
The dissertation instructions are attached in (Research Project Requirements-Guidelines.pdf). Please start there to get a feeling of what is required and then maybe look at the proposal next.
As alluded to before, there are some chapters (2 and 3) done by a previous writer from this platform, and because this work was submitted for review, it will need to be incorporated but with a much much-improved rewrite. Please refer to the attached materials Rewrite Required) to get an understanding of what has been done. There are a few attachments showing the feedback received and passed onto the previous writer of the two chapters; use it to shape the Rewrite Required piece for Chapters 2 and 3. You will have to do the other three chapters from scratch as they have not been done yet.
The word count provided in the individual chapters is for guidance only and is not set in stone, meaning there is room to increase it as the writer sees fit. However, the overall word count for the entire paper must be 15000 words (+/-10%), excluding references and any appendices.
I am happy to discuss and go through individual sections of the paper with the writer throughout, and I would very much rather be engaged to avoid lengthy rewrites at the end.
References (Harvard style) have to be as many as possible as there is no limit, but should also not be too much to not have any authenticity in the work
