The purpose of this assignment is to explore the SARA model of problem solving. List each of the steps in the proper order and provide a brief description of what occurs in each step. What are some criticisms of the process?

Write an essay of 7-10 pages, citing sources where appropriate, examing the origins of the Bill of Rights.
