Select a business mentioned in the article or one from recent media coverage of a data breach. Consider the 4 P’s of corporate governance and apply each to the business breach you selected. Identify how each of the 4 P’s (people, process, performance, and purpose) was impacted by the identification of the breach and the penalties imposed upon the organization.

Please write a six page paper on the NYS Correctional Prison Attica, NY and describe how the riots changed the correctional system. – Why New York state was uneqip versus other states. What transpired in regards to a new practice and change.

My topic of choice was “Private prisons and law”. I have already chosen the articles that can be used for the paper which are attatched to the order. 
Conduct some research on your topic utilizing SSU Library databases and use it to write a 3-5 page (double-spaced) term paper.  Papers should define the scope of the problem, its historical development, and any relevant landmark cases.  Feel free to integrate case studies or current events related to your topic.  Finally, where necessary, describe any areas for reform, or current reform movements.  
Format: 3-5 pages, typed (double-spaced), 12 point Times New Roman font, one inch margins; include a reference list and cite within the text using proper APA style.  Must be submitted in a file format the Professor can access (Word, PDF).  No late assignments will be accepted.
