Reflect on your recent teaching or lessons that are coming up. How do you walk with creativity? Does it drive your lesson design? Is it a long lost relative that visits from time to time? Share two ways in which you have promoted/incorporated (or will promote/incorporate) creativity and creative expression for your students. If you cannot think of two ways from previous lessons, where could you promote it in upcoming instruction? And, in either case, how does it support learning? Include the grade level, subject, and, if it is a lesson already taught, student reaction to the opportunities. If it is an upcoming lesson, what do you anticipate student reactions will be? How might you address resistance demonstrated by students? Questions from colleagues? Parents? Respond to the posts of at least two cohort members.
OR
Is creativity important in education? Where should it live? What promotes an environment of creativity? What inhibits it? Use supports from readings or personal research in addition to personal experience.

Module 03 Assignment – The Paradigm Shift
Professional educators are reflective practitioners. Reflecting upon past practices, considering theoretical history, and making connections to current best practice demonstrates professional responsibility and strengthens our knowledge and ability to best support children and families.
Write a 2-page reflective essay describing how the past (history, child development theories, and guidance theories and practices) has influenced the present (current best practices in positive behavior guidance). Use your experiences in the early childhood setting to guide your reflection. If you do not have extensive experience in ECE, reflect on what practices were common in your own upbringing. Be specific about past and current philosophies, theories, and models. Address the following:
How has the paradigm shifted from punishment to guidance?
Where does discipline fit in?
Do you see evidence of the past and current best practices in your preparation of the educational environment?
Do you see evidence of past and current best practices in your teaching or guidance philosophy?
Incorporate at least one credible resource to support your insights, opinions, and research. Use in-text citations where appropriate. Include an APA formatted title page and a reference page.

“Enhancing Integration: A Literature Review and Survey on the Implementation of a Buddy System at a European University”
This literature review is part of my graduation thesis for Bachelors in the Netherlands ( so context of Europe is important). I am advising my university on the development and implementation of a buddy system at the academy. Buddy system is when a more experienced student is paired with a new coming student to help them integrate into university community. Literature review is a base for advising better implementation strategies. Additionally, I am doing survey among students on their integration experience, experience with buddy system and preferences and needs in training/matching/actuvities/ etc. so literature review should be very well connected with my research questions and be in line with my survey questions. Also please consider in literature review activities helpful un buddy systems, duration of buddy system (how long students are expected to mentor-mentor) as I already have almost 10 pages of literature review, I assume my purchased number of worlds go towards the topics that I do not have yet that are listed in the document. As well as revising the document and adjusting, I hope I understand it correctly.
