Please go into the book Discovering the Culture of Childhood, at the end of the book there is the group discussion questions please answer all questions starting with chapter 1- Conclusion. You do not need to answer chapter 1 question 1 though. The questions for each chapter should be a total of one page. Please format like this:

Final Project:
Research a topic on rational numbers (fractions): lowest terms, equivalent fractions,
comparing fractions, a fraction operation – addition, subtraction, multiplication, division,
or a specific property, and ideas about approaches to pedagogy/teaching methods. Use

You will use the attached to develop a 4 page paper around this particular school district plan. Use outside resources to supoprt it. Also, follow the paper criteria on what must be included and in what format.
• Executive Summary – The executive summary should define the challenge to be addressed,
provide a BRIEF descriiption of the approach to the challenge, and list recommended action items
to address the challenge. This summary should be less than one page.
• Background on Problem of Practice – Describe the context and explain the problem of practice
succinctly; Include district demographic details related to the challenge and the outcome desired
by the district.
• Recommended Action Plan – Based on your findings, as well as related theory and research
found in the literature, present a progressive planning strategy to address the Leadership
Challenge over a 1- to 3-year period, including how recommendations will be implemented.
Provide concrete examples of things that can be done to address the problem of practice. Use
APA format to cite references used to inform the plan.
• Communication Plan – Outline a communication plan for how the action plan can be
implemented and shared with various constituent groups (e.g., students, families, staff, school
board, and community) that will be involved and connected with the leadership
opportunity/challenge.
• Appendix I: Research and Analysis – As an appendix to the White Paper, provide a succinct
analysis/interpretation of your findings. This appendix should integrate multiple themes
addressed in the Academy, information from readings, and personal experience with references.
The academy was Howard University/AASA Urban Superintendent Academy. We talked a lot about the urban superintendent, black and brown students, and transformative leadership.
