You will develop an individual reflective and analytical plan that builds on the group

establishment and growth.
This is an authentic assessment because reflection and analysis of progress is a
commonly used tool within the creative industries broadly and early stage start-ups
specifically.
Comparing expectations and attitudes pre-intensive with how those factors may have

and group achievements during these learning events.1000-1200 words. This includes in-text referencing and excludes your reference list and any appendices
Part 1: Written reflective analysis
Consider the following questions as you approach the section below. Please make sure
you consistently make reference to specifics of your experience with your group in
the Bootcamp and do not include broad or non-specific statements.
• What elements worked well?
• What elements did not work well?
• What you would do differently?
• What (if anything) will do moving forward to advance the project?
Written reflective analysis:
Teamwork and team dynamics
Did group members get along and work well together? Were the skills and abilities of
diverse group members appreciated and utilized? Was the work spread out among
group members, or concentrated among one or two individuals? How and when did
the group meet (i.e., in-person, virtually, a combination thereof, no meetings)?
Project planning
Was the basic purpose or vision of your creative project outlined at the onset? Did
your group exhibit a cohesive and shared understanding of the group’s purpose?
Were tasks, roles and responsibilities, and priorities clearly identified and
communicated? Did the scope of the project “creep” or morph over time? Did the
group employ any project management tools or systems, such as scheduling tools or
task lists, during the execution of the project? -
“The Chase: An Analysis of Entrepreneurial Strategies in the Modern Business Landscape”
The Chase is a brief report, with no pre-defined structure by design – ie, the focus and style is your decision. As per the syllabus, “focus on quality, not quantity; demonstrate knowledge as well as critical and original thinking about the course topics. If applicable, students are welcome to use personal experience for this exercise”.
Points you should be paying attention to:
Incorporating concepts from the course – in 2 pages, you will only be able to use some. Mention/incorporate the concepts as relevant, based on the company’s reality and your chosen approach.
Analysis – you do not just throw facts or copy information, you also analyze it and evaluate it when needed.
Presentation and writing quality – as in any report, you should be clear and engaging.
If you are using external sources (includig Chat GPT or similar) please remember to mention it in some format (footnotes, bibliography etc.) – if you are using many you can use an additional page to reflect those. Interviewing the entrepreneurs or someone related to the company is a very valuable resource to – should you have the chance; remember to mention it if you do it. -

What would be the legal process to begin the business? Would it be based from home? (You may use outside information and links.). What would you do to prepare to the legal environment in which your business will work? Would you engage a lawyer? What would you want to see in your contracts with suppliers and customers? How would you prepare for any potential liability, let’s say, if someone were injured in your place of business?
What types of intellectual property would you have? These are not exhaistive questions but some to help you think. -

Individual work: The Chase Report (15% of your grade)
A key goal of this class is to learn to think entrepreneurially and to develop a mindset that helps you identify and discover new stakeholder needs and wants as sources of entrepreneurial opportunities to provide value.
Overview:
The Chase Report is an exercise for students to find, review, reflect, and analyze new entrepreneurial initiatives from a domain or industry related to each student’s bachelor area of study. The reflection and analysis of the initiative will address the concepts related to the entrepreneurial mindset and entrepreneurial process discussed and addressed both in the classroom (discussions, activities, simulations, etc.) and in course readings.
Main Objective and Considerations to take into account:
● The main objective of the report is for each student to reflect on a specific entrepreneurial initiative and demonstrate an understanding of the course’s key learnings by addressing them in the form of a reflection, description, and analysis of the selected entrepreneurial initiative.
● Consider the following in your reflection, description, analysis…
o The mindset undertaken by the entrepreneur(s) or “intrapreneurs” (entrepreneurial thinkers/doers within organizations)
o The process the individual or the team implemented to develop the initiative. For example, how did they explore the problem? Create the idea? Form/build the team? Validate the solution? Define the business model (even if not “a business”)? Design and execute the Go-To-Market Strategy? Finance the initiative? etc.).
o The report should also connect the entrepreneurial journey highlighted with concrete and relevant concepts and situations discussed in class or that you have read in the course readings. These concepts could have appeared anywhere during class, including in cases, workshops, readings listed in Blackboard (Content Sessions folders), simulations, slides, something discussed in class, coaching, and the deliverables).
o This assignment aims to encourage reflection on the concepts covered during the course. As a result, students can comment on what each student considers most relevant to
